Client Solution: EducationalTrak
Situation
A major metro hospital needed a web based reporting system for their live course and speaker evaluations, and pre and post activity knowledge assessment and follow up surveys for live events using scannable paper forms and audience response systems.
Strategy
Assessing their needs for data and content management, we were able to provide EducationalTrak, a web based software program that is customizable and allows for storage of outcome data along with survey and reporting features all in one place.
Execution
EducationalTrak was implemented across the system. In addition to using the online tool, the hospital began using the AV/ARS technology which integrated seamlessly into EducationalTrak.
Results
The quality of the reporting and the great flexibility in comparing various program responses proved invaluable to hospital’s success despite difficult market conditions.
Client Solution: GML
Situation
A medium-sized pharmaceutical company recently implemented a grants management system to facilitate its grant application process. The system addresses basic grant functions but internal stakeholders were demanding greater accountability of funds awarded and would like to closely measure and monitor the return on education. In addition, the company had trouble compiling correct and comprehensive activity reconciliation data leading to a lack of quantitative and qualitative reports to provide to management and stakeholders.
Strategy and Execution
Educational Measures developed a modular-based system that allowed the pharmaceutical company to manage the entire “lifecycle” of a grant by allowing them to seamlessly gather, transfer and analyze all types of grant data. Educational Measures helped identify processes that could be streamlined while collecting and storing appropriate grant information from the beginning of the grant process to the end. included a budget module that calculates forecasted expenditures versus actual costs and automatically sends invoices if funds are to be returned by a grant recipient. This comprehensive system helped control the workflow involved with the management of each grant.

Client Solution: CME 123
Situation
A large hospital system had a difficult time tracking all of their ACCME requirements for people in multiple locations. It became overwhelming and enormously time consuming, however it was critical to the organization to find a way to manage the process for ongoing reporting to ACCME.
Strategy
After careful analysis of the situation, EM recommended CME123, a web based tool as the solution to the problem.
Execution
CME123 was implemented with each hospital having access to the program. The hospitals found CME123 simple to use and appreciated that fact that it aligned with the requirements for ACCME. The CME tool saved them an enormous amount of time and allowed the staff to stay organized and focused on their main goals. And as a bonus feature, CME123 helps with their PARS reporting.
